Remote assistance is a service that provides real-time advice for the client at all stages of a machine’s or production line’s life cycle. The system operates using an IP network that can be accessed by means of an ordinary Internet connection. This enables our technicians to gain direct access to the machines’ software control system, whatever their geographical location.
The system is operated by the client, who has complete independence in controlling remote access to the plant.

Tecnomatic utilizes a system for plant monitoring, cycle management and thermo-regulation based on Gefran DIGISTAR II monitoring equipment. The data exchange interface consists of the Gefren PLC GILOGIK II, while thermoregulation procedures are performed by means of GTS (GEFLEX) static groups.
