While expressing satisfaction over their participation in Iran Plast International Exhibition, Massimiliano Vailati commented that holding such exhibit in Iran is a positive step toward introducing Iranian producers and attracting customers. Iran Plast is better than other plastic exhibitions in the Middle East, he remarked adding while this exhibit is not famous as much as Dubai's exhibition, it is very fruitful in general. In terms of Iranian market's potentialities, he mentioned: "The market of Iran has significant status in the field of plastic, and given the fact that we are producer of plastic pipes, there are also many opportunities for us in the field of water and gas industries." After attending four editions of Iran Plast Exhibition, the sales and trade director of Tecnomatic Company evaluated Iranian plastic market as large with high potentialities.

The new generation of spiral distributor pipe head

Nuevo Cabezal para Tubos en PVC de 1.200 mm

Tecnomatic ha reforzado su colaboración con una empresa líder egipcia especializada en la extrusiòn de tubos en PVC, suministrando no solo las bañeras de calibrado y de enfriamiento sino también un cabezal para tubos en PVC desde 630 hasta 1.200 mm. El nuevo cabezal ha estado totalmente revisado para aumentar sus prestaciónes en cuanto a la calidad del producto extruido y a la producción horaria que ahora llega a 1.500 kg/h. Gracias a este último diseño, Tecnomatic se impone más y más como líder internacional en el suministro de cabezales de extrusiòn de grandes dimensiones, con un activo de más de 700 cabezales vendidos en todo el mundo. TECNOLOGIAS PARA TUBOS MULTICAPAS HASTA 800

Recently launched a new co-extrusion line for double-layer HDPE pipes with diameter from 20 to 800 mm, based on the new range of single screw extruders and large size co-extrusion heads. The new feature of this line, which has been produced for one of the most important companies in the European market for large dimension pipe extrusion, is based on the new single screw extruders with L/D 37 with de-gassing system, combined with in line extrusion process control systems such as granule dryer, gravimetric dosing with three components gram/metre measurement, and all downstream equipment including puller, cutter and coiler. The system, entirely produced and tested by Tecnomatic, has an hourly production capacity of more than 950 kg. This line is especially suited for the transport of pressurised liquids, produced in PE100 with an protection external layer to saving the cost during the pipe installation.
