The new generation of spiral distributor pipe head

New die head for 1200 mm PVC pipes

Tecnomatic has strengthened its cooperation with a major Egyptian company specialized in the extrusion of PVC pipes, supplying not only vacuum and cooling tanks but also a die head for PVC pipes from 630 to 1,200 mm. The new die head has been completely revised in order to improve its performances in terms of quality of product extruded as well as output, which has now been increased to an amazing 1,500 kg/h. Thanks to this supply, Tecnomatic has established itself as a worldwide leader in the supply of big-sized extrusion die-heads, boasting over 700 die-heads sold all over the world. This success was made possible by the trust and the cooperation that our customers have granted us year by year.

TECHNOLOGIES FOR MULTILAYER PIPES UP TO 800

Recently launched a new co-extrusion line for double-layer HDPE pipes with diameter from 20 to 800 mm, based on the new range of single screw extruders and large size co-extrusion heads. The new feature of this line, which has been produced for one of the most important companies in the European market for large dimension pipe extrusion, is based on the new single screw extruders with L/D 37 with de-gassing system, combined with in line extrusion process control systems such as granule dryer, gravimetric dosing with three components gram/metre measurement, and all downstream equipment including puller, cutter and coiler. The system, entirely produced and tested by Tecnomatic, has an hourly production capacity of more than 950 kg. This line is especially suited for the transport of pressurised liquids, produced in PE100 with an protection external layer to saving the cost during the pipe installation.
